OUR HOMES
Every home has a split, open floor plan and at least a 2-car garage with county provided central water service. All homes have tile flooring throughout, either cathedral or tray ceilings, high end light fixtures and ceiling fans, and glass doors onto covered lanais. The kitchens have granite countertops, breakfast bars or beautiful islands, and come complete with a full stainless steel appliance package. Concrete block stucco construction with a hip dimensional shingle roof means the homes are built to the latest hurricane and building codes making insurance reasonable and your home safe.
